A little boy opened the big family Bible. He was fascinated as he fingered through the old pages. Suddenly something fell out of the Bible. He picked up the object and looked at it closely. What he saw was an old leaf that had been pressed in between the pages.

„Momma, look what I found,” the boy called out.

„What have you got there, dear?” his mother asked.

With astonishment in the young boy’s voice, he answered: „I think it’s Adam’s underwear!”

It was during the gold rush in the Yukon Territory. Harry Alexander packed a bag, grabbed his Bible, and started out of the tent he shared with Gary Thorndike. Gary asked, “Where are you going?”

“I’m heading into Fort Dawson. I hear it’s the wildest town anybody’s ever seen. There’s booze you could take a bath in, gambling, and women who’ll drive you crazy with their favors.”

“Why are you taking your Bible?”

“Well, if it’s as good as they say, I’m planning to stay over Sunday!”

A man was being proselytized by group of friends. „Come join our study group. We want to discuss mankind’s relationship to God.”

„I’m married, I learned long ago that my opinions don’t matter.”

„But, when you die, will you go to heaven or to hell?”

„Wherever my wife tells me to.”
