DOOM 2: dagherotip - Damasc

! dagherotip (strămoşul aparatului de fotografiat, inventat de Louis-Jacques Daguerre) este un substantiv neutru care păstrează o singură formă grafică (anterior era corect daghereotip) şi primeşte formă de plural - dagherotipuri. Acestui termen i se alătură substantivul feminin !dagherotipie, articulat dagherotipia, cu genitiv-dativul dagherotipiei şi pluralul dagherotipii (N.B. Articolul din DOOM2 are o greşeală.)

! dáimio (dai-mi-o) - nume dat feudalilor japonezi care şi-au pierdut privilegiile după revoluţia din 1868 - este un substantiv masculin care anterior apărea cu invariabil; acum i se precizează pluralul - daimio (!)

! dakota (nume etnic) este substantiv masculin şi feminin, singular şi plural. Tot astfel se numeşte şi limba vorbită de aceştia - *dakota, cu genitiv-dativul dakotei. Aceste substantive comune vin de la cel propriu, *Dakota (nume de loc), feminin cu genitiv-dativul Dakotei.

* dal segno vine din italiană, cu pronunţia gn=nĭ şi silabaţia se-gno; este locuţiune adverbială, abreviată D.S.

* Damasc este nume de loc, substantiv propriu neutru
