At his 103rd birthday party, the grandfather was asked if he planned to be around for his 104th.

„I certainly do,” he replied. „Statistics show that very few people die between the ages of 103 and 104.”

A small boy approached a white-haired gentleman in a store and asked, „Are you a grandfather?”

„Yes,” replied the man with a smile.

„Oh, I’m glad,” said the boy, „because my grandfather isn’t here and I need a dime.”
